By accessing or using the Earth Collective platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Earth Collective provides a platform that connects impact-driven founders with advisors and investors. The Service includes venture profile creation, feedback campaigns, advisory matching, investor matching, and related tools and community features.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You may not use another person's account without permission

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Service without permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in venture profiles, pitch materials, and other content uploaded by founders remains the property of those founders. Advisors and investors agree to standard protections regarding confidential information.

The Earth Collective brand, logos, and platform design are proprietary and may not be used without written permission.

6. Fees and Payments

• Creating a venture profile is free
• Pro membership features may be subject to subscription fees
• Advisor feedback campaigns are subject to advisor-set rates plus a 20% platform fee
• Investments facilitated through the platform may be subject to a capital raise fee
• All fees are displayed before transaction and may change with prior notice

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Earth Collective does not guarantee the success of any fundraise, advisory relationship, or investment outcome.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Earth Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Investment Risks

Early-stage investing involves significant risk, including the potential loss of your entire investment. Earth Collective does not provide investment advice. All investment decisions are your own responsibility. Past performance and platform metrics do not guarantee future results.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
